Refund Policy

We strive for maximum safety and maximum results. Our products are manufactured in accordance with our high safety standards. We use only the best ingredients available to ensure an effective product that looks great, smells great, and tastes great too!

Refund Requests

If you are not happy with your product, please contact our customer support by email ( Support@puritynaturalbeauty.com ) as soon as you can, but no later than 30 days after receiving your order.  We will provide refunds ONLY on unopened bags (as inspected and determined by our team) in situations deemed appropriate by our team. Any refund requests submitted after 30 days of the order's delivery will not be accepted. 

If you want to return your product, you are responsible for return shipping. If the product(s) you are returning exceeds a $50 value, we recommend including a tracking option or shipping insurance as an additional security measure.


After receiving your return at the designated address provided to you, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. 


When your returned products have been received by us, your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product. You can choose to either receive a money refund, exchange to another product, or store credit for future purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


Please be prepared to provide our customer support the following information:

  • Product
  • Location of Purchase
  • Purchase date
  • Consumed product previously?
  • Picture(s) of Product and/or concern
  • Shipping receipt or order number
 

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund claim if we believe that the claim is not made in good faith. 


Certain products on our website may be designated as final sale or non-refundable. We will not be able to offer you refunds for such products.

Returning a Defective Product

Within 30 days of delivery, you can return a product and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if you have received a product which is either (“Defective Product”):

  • damaged or contaminated package;
  • defective, rancid, rotten or otherwise bad; or
  • substantially different from what you have ordered (incorrect item).
 

If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer support by email at Support@puritynaturalbeauty.com as soon as you can, but no later than within 30 days after receiving the defective item, and be prepared to provide the following information to our customer support:

  • Product
  • Location of Purchase
  • Purchase date
  • Consumed product previously?
  • Picture(s) of Product and/or concern
  • Shipping receipt or invoice.
 

We will collect the defective products from you free of charge. Our customer support team will provide you with a free shipping label and other details on how we will collect the defective product from you. Please be noted that we will only accept returns if they will be delivered to us in ways specified to you by our customer support.

We may refuse to issue a refund for a defective product, if:

  • The defective product was used extensively more than necessary to identify a defect (for example, if half of the product was used prior to return);
  • you are unable to provide the defective product for inspection;
  • after close inspection, we have not found the defects that you have specified
 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the defective product and inspecting it by us. As a refund, you may choose to either receive a money refund, exchange it for another product, or store credit for future purchase.
